Your account
On recordYou're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. One person, one job-seeker account — the Unique ID system only works if it maps to a real, single identity.
Proctored assessments
On recordAssessments are monitored to keep scores meaningful for the employers who rely on them. Attempting to circumvent proctoring (screen sharing to another person, using a stand-in, disabling monitoring) voids the result and may suspend your account.
For employers
On recordJob postings must describe real, currently-open roles. Access to a candidate's full verified record is a privilege tied to your verified HR account — it isn't transferable and shouldn't be used outside of a genuine hiring decision.
Content you post
On recordYou keep ownership of your resume, profile content, and anything you post to the feed. By posting, you allow HireveinAI to display it to the audiences your privacy settings allow (public, or verified HR only).
Termination
On recordYou can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that:
- Violate proctoring integrity.
- Misuse the platform.
- Post fraudulent job listings.
- Post hateful or abusive content in the feed.
Changes
We'll update this page as the platform evolves and note the date at the top when we do.
