Legal · Refund & Cancellation

Cancel anytime. All charges are final.

Covers HR subscription plans and one-time addon credits (extra job postings, extra test generations). We don’t offer refunds for change of mind — this page explains exactly what cancelling does and doesn’t do. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe — we never store your card details ourselves.

Subscription billing

On record

HR plans renew monthly on the date you first subscribed. You're charged automatically each cycle until you cancel — there's no separate "auto-renew" toggle to miss.

Cancelling a subscription

On record

Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future billing only — you keep full access for the rest of the period you already paid for, and that period's charge is not returned to you.

No refunds

On record

All subscription charges are final. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong plan, under-using the plan, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal — cancelling only prevents the next charge, it doesn't reverse one already made. Review your plan before subscribing, and cancel before your renewal date if you don't want the next cycle billed.

Addon credits

On record
  • Addon credits (extra job postings, extra test generations) are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not you've used them yet.
  • Addon credits don't expire and aren't tied to your subscription renewing, so there's no urgency to use them before a deadline.

Billing errors

On record

This is different from a refund: if we charge you incorrectly — a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a charge after you'd already cancelled — contact us and we'll correct it. That's a fix to our mistake, not an exception to the no-refund policy above.

Disputed or failed payments

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly, and an active dispute may pause your account until it's settled.
