HireveinAI is self-hosted end to end — no third-party auth providers, file hosts, or analytics brokers sitting between you and your data. This is the actual record of that, not a summary.
What we collect
On recordAccount details you give us at signup, your profile (resume, skills, experience, education), assessment results, and certificates you earn on the platform.
Where it lives
On record- Structured data (profiles, scores, applications) is stored in our own databases.
- Uploaded files (resumes, certificates) are stored on server filesystem managed by us, never a third-party file host.
- Sessions are signed with our own Secured User Authentication — no external identity provider ever sees your credentials.
Who can see it
On recordYour Unique ID separates what's public from what's private. Verified HR accounts you apply to can see your full professional record. Everyone else — including other job seekers — only ever sees your public, social profile. Row-level security enforces this at the database itself, not just in application code.
Proctored assessments
On recordAssessment sessions may use your camera/screen-share strictly to detect proctoring violations in real time. Recordings are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond scoring your attempt.
Your choices
On recordYou can update or delete your profile data from your account settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your private profile data; some records tied to completed applications may be retained by the hiring company as required for their own compliance needs.
